Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. At the age of 16, she started taking part in fitness competitions, following her decision to quit gymnastics. After a year, she was awarded her Professional Card aged 17. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. She started to compete at fitness events after deciding to end her gymnastics career from childhood. Within a year she earned her Professional Card at age 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest person ever. When she was awarded her Pro Card Ariel was able to take six years off the show to pursue her education at college. Following her completion of college, Ariel returned in 2015. She continued where she was in prior events, such as the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. She continued to compete throughout the years following her debut, establishing higher expectations for herself each year. She also won four fitness titles by the end of 2009. Also, she became one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all in history (age 17) after she took home the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel completed her first six years of competing to obtain her college diploma. When she earned her Professional IFBB Fitness Card Ariel was able to make a comeback in the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. At the end of the day, she was 3rd overall at the event. In the summer of 2016 she won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and in the process, qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. Within three months, she was on stage at the Olympia and took 6th place for The Fitness Division. Ariel was completely no expectations going in and was thrilled by her result. This is not a surprise since Ariel placed well considering she was competing against the best athletes. Ariel constantly improving her physique. Ariel is a fan of working her back. This is made up of lat pull-downs, bent rows using a single arm with a pull-up device and the seated rows. The warm-up is done prior to moving onto sets. Ariel also Ariel prefers to utilize her time in the most efficient way feasible. Converting all the back exercises into a set of three or four 10-12 rep supersets is what she is doing.
